JOSE RAMON

Nancy spent several years working as a waitress, then bartender, and eventually a manager at a company's restaurant in Franklin, Spring hill and Nolensville TN. During that time, she really honed her leadership skills, service excellence, and a solid experience in the industry. Later on, she took on a role assisting healthcare professionals, which taught her a lot about discipline, compassion, and precision. But even with all that success, she realized that her true passion was always behind the bar — mixing up awesome drinks and connecting with folks. These days, Nancy is proud to be an outstanding bartender at a fine restaurant in Downtown Nashville, bringing her skills, experience, and love for the craft together to create an unforgettable bar experience.

José Ramon has built a strong and diverse career in the restaurant industry. He arrived in Franklin, TN. in 2015 working as a server. He soon became a bartender, over time, he advanced to manage all six bars within his restaurant group. In 2022, he earned First Place as Best Bartender in Williamson’s Best in Franklin, TN. This award reflected both his talent and leadership. As he grew professionally, José developed a deep interest in marketing and business strategy His hands-on experience in hospitality gave him a unique advantage. Today, José manages social media and marketing for multiple restaurants in Nashville. He blends hospitality expertise with strong branding and digital strategy. His path—from server to award-winning bartender to marketing lead—defines his vision and passion.
